The invention, knowledge and experience of our specialists allowed us to create parts that were directly tested by the competitors in the KTM 450 Rally Replica.
This design allowed us to create a motorcycle that perfectly fits the subject of Baja motorcycle rallies.

We took the best of the original and added the components necessary for navigation and high speeds.

Thanks to this mixture, the KTM EXC Baja set is the best solution for both professionals and amateurs of motorcycle rallies.

And most importantly – our kit fits the entire EXC model range from 250 TPI up to 500 EXC-F!

Depending on your preferences and device you want to mount it is possible to choose the type of carrier. You can choose from a carrier adapted for mounting a roadbook or for mounting various Garmin navigation devices.

When placing an order, please specify your preferred carrier option. After prior consultation with us, it is also possible to adjust the carrier to individual needs.

CARBON NAVIGATION TOWER SYSTEM

Light and durable carbon navigation tower system that allows for the attachment of navigation devices for the traveler or rally event participant. Additionally, it can serve as a mount for USB ports, additional instruments, first aid kits and many more.

LED LIGHTING

Modern lights, taken from the Dakar Rally, were installed in the motorcycle. They were made of LED technology, thanks to which they will turn even the darkness of night into a day!

SPOILER

The front spoiler allows for improved driveability  at higher speeds and brings more air into the cooling system. It is also a structural element for the tower and side panels.

MODIFIED ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

The electrical installation was redesigned to ensure reliability and easy installation of components.

SIDE PANELS

The side panels have been individually designed and fitted to the motorcycle’s construction. The special technology of carbon and Kevlar manufacturing ensures maximum durability.

The set includes:

• complete carbon navigation tower including additional led lights,
• carbon aerodynamic wing,
• side panels,
• our tower mounting system,
• a set of screws, wires and fasteners for assembly.

The assembly of the kit does not require any modifications to the motorcycle structure.

Along with the purchase, you will receive contact with our engineer who will advise you at every stage of the assembly and after its completion in case of any doubts.
